Two brothers, Alberto and Fabio whom share the same passion: restaurants.
Alberto is a chef who specializes in pastry. His love for the kitchen started since his early age and now he has over 18 years of experience in the restaurant world. Alberto is also a certified somelier who loves discovering new wines to create the perfect diner experience.
Fabio is an entreprenuar who has open over 5 very successful restaurants. He was joined by his brother in 2012; At that time they created Ginos which right away became one of the best restaurants in Padova being now recognized as one of the best in the region of Veneto and all the north of Italy.
Ernesto, a long time friend of Fabio, who shares the love for food and wine decided to join Ginos project in 2018. Ernesto is also an entrepreneur and business consultant based in Miami. Joying strength the 3 of them decided to open a new restaurant in Miami Beach called Ginos bottega Italiana which in less than a month of its opening became the talk of the town.
